Inventory and analysis of available data and information needed

This software is made to support your daily operations and with that contribute to an even more professional organisation focussed on its primary goal. This is why we will spend time with you to understand your mission, your objectives and goals, your activities and way of working. Based on this the Soweto Care System software will be tailored and implemented to your specific needs and wishes of your stakeholders. After implementing the system we will evaluate the use of it every 6 months to see if fundamental changes are necessary. Small changes can be made on short notice.

Tailored fit reports, lists and worksheets

Soweto Care System comes with a wide variety of reports, all as Excel, PDF or hardcopy file. Based on the inventory and analysis of your needs these reports, lists and worksheets will be tailored to fit your way of working and your management needs. It also enables you to be accountable to your donors and the government. All available at the click of a button!

Multilingual

All the field names and the resulting reports will be set up in the language you prefer.

End User training / Train the Trainer courses

Soweto Care System is easy to use. In order to start quickly and in the best possible way, we offer you and all your employees a professional training how to use the system. This only takes 16-20 hours, depending on the number of people that participate.

For ICT coordinators or ‘super users’ we offer also Train the Trainer courses so they are able to train and support their users themselves. This training takes about 8-12 hours.

Software and user support

On your request we are available to help you with the daily use of the Soweto Care System software. But certainly also when the system or reports need to be adapted to new or changed wishes of your organisation.

Software maintenance and development

To ensure future user requirements and operational security, but also to be able to respond to technological developments VX Company – a privately owned and renowned Dutch IT system integrator – has given a life-time commitment for the technical support, maintenance and further development of the Soweto Care System software. New features will be released on a regular basis.
